If you do not have an official business set-up and have items to be sold, you will have to register as a For Profit Vendor. Food Truck/Food VendorsBusinesses who sell food, drinks, etc. must register as a Food Vendor. All Food Vendors will be required to show proof or permit(s) to be able to sell food to the public. Organizations with a 501c(3) status are considered as a Non-Profit Vendor. You will be required to submit proof of your non-profit status prior to all details being finalized.
