Safety and SecurityWe will create a Private Protection Agency that is for the community and by the community. The focus of the Community Protection Officers will be limited to preventing violence and vandalism. The CPO’s authority is only valid where the yard signs or stickers indicate that the owner of the property has signed a contract granting the CPO jurisdiction.
The CPO will serve as a Protection Officer from vandals and potential perpetrators of violence and as a Stage 1 Independent Monitor of Tulsa Police and North Tulsa community interactions. Our Community Protection Officers will serve as private 3rd party witnesses subject to subpoenas for any police and community interactions in which they may be involved or witness the events. |

Conflict ResolutionWe will create a toll-free number to receive complaints from our young men and women who may have a conflict with someone who has progressed past the talking phase. We will facilitate our “Fists Up, Guns Down” program as an alternative to street violence. We will host professionally sanctioned and regulated “amateur boxing events” as a method of reducing street violence. This will reduce the amount of deaths in our community due to gun violence and reduce the amount of arrests in our community due to disagreements that end in assaults.

Education IncentivesWe will create adoption programs for every North Tulsa School. Every Parents Teacher Association, Sorority, Fraternity, church, and neighborhood association with ties to North Tulsa will create an Academic Excellence Incentive Fund.
We will pay money to the kids of each school at a local awards ceremony at the end of every semester. Most improved kids will receive money and gift certificates, and those with straight A’s will receive money for the grand prize. |

Family VillageWe will host a monthly community dinner to receive feedback from the community on how the new initiatives and policies are working for us. We will vote and decide whether the Private Protection Agency is addressing the needs and concerns of the community. Community members will be able to learn about and get connected to programs and services. We will close with a community-unifying activity for everyone!

Black on Black ReparationsWe will galvanize our people to invest and become shareholders in our very own community-owned Fortune 500 Company. This will serve as the platform to pay reparations in the form of dividends to the community shareholders who invest in the creation of this company.
We will host generational wealth-building classes for the reparations recipients to ensure they have the best information and opportunities for generational success. |
